Renal Cell Cancer
Angiomyolipoma
Abscess
Hemorrhagic cyst
Arteriovenous Malformations
Idiopathic
The above list was based on a radiology study of 18 patients where a cause was discovered ultimately by CT scan rather than Ultrasound.
